Friday 2 – Sunday 4 April 2027

The full weekend schedule

Three days and two nights at Moray Art Centre in Findhorn, with the whole weekend laid out below. Two nights’ shared accommodation and nourishing vegan meals, with vegetarian options, are included alongside the full programme of traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and Himalayan sound. Timings are held gently — we will not rush a practice to meet a clock.

After your practice, take a moment to relax and reconnect over a restorative herbal infusion, lovingly prepared with fresh, locally grown and picked herbs.
